Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight. The rooms are like finding a hidden gem in fine dining with luxurious touches, but some information on location could be clearer. The service exceeded my expectations with a team that provided top-notch assistance for anything I needed.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely incredible. The oceanfront suite was not only beautiful but also extremely comfortable. The service provided by Tim, Willy, Mark @ River Bar, Terrance @ Concierge, Zelda & Knox @ Colt & Alison was simply amazing. The location was grand and reminiscent of a Caribbean island plantation, and the dining experience was outstanding with the best homemade ice cream ever.
My stay at this hotel was absolutely fabulous! The rooms were top-notch, featuring two bathrooms, a deep soaking tub, glass shower, two huge TV's, and a very comfortable king bed. They were wonderfully decorated, spacious, and incredibly clean. The southern hospitality provided by the staff was exceptional, making me feel truly pampered throughout my stay. However, the initial issue with the unauthorized credit card charge upon check-in was quite inconvenient and concerning. Despite that, I found the service to be accommodating, friendly, and overall very helpful. The location at St Simons and the Sea Island Golf Club was outstanding, offering a blend of historical charm and modern luxury. The dining experience was delightful but a bit pricey. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall luxury experience of the hotel.

Staying at The Cloister with our family in a total of three Riverview rooms was very convenient to parking, dining, and resort amenities. The rooms were among the most luxurious I have ever stayed in, though they were ready an hour and a half after the promised time.

The service is exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. The location is stunning, surrounded by oaks draped in Spanish moss. The dining options are organized and include delicious homemade ice cream. Overall, the facilities are impressive, offering a range of services to enhance the stay.
